Policies & Terms
- We require a full 72 hours notice for booking made on Thursday, Friday or Saturday’s. All other bookings require a minimum 48 hours notice to receive a full refund. A credit will may issued at discretion of management.
- A damage deposit may be required to book your limousine. The amount required is completely at the discretion of Front of the Line Limousine.
- Management and drivers will not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items. Please keep all belongs with you at all times or safely stowed within the vehicle.
- We respect the safety and well being of our employees. Drivers have the right to refuse service to customers if profanity or threats are being made. Please be courteous and respectful.
- We respect the Privacy of our clientele. All services provided are subject to the strictest client confidentiality.
